Tender Package for Projected and Screen Media Creation

In collaboration with and reporting to the Creative Director, the Projected and Screen Media Creation supplier will design, create, compile and deliver media rich content for both screen and projection, for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the 2018 Commonwealth Games. We are looking for startling, imaginative design, powerful story telling and engaging and memorable imagery.

This is a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) that is required to be completed prior to issuing any Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation in relation to the Projected and Screen Media Creation tender.

The PQQ is important to ensure your organisation has the required financial stability, company policies and further information to pre-qualify for the ITT stage. The ITT will be issued to the suppliers that complete and pass the PQQ stage.

Please ensure you read all the information carefully and respond to each section as required.

You are required to submit this PQQ and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) via the Q-Tender portal.

Your response in full must be submitted no later than 12:00hrs (noon) (AEST) on Friday 16 June 2017.

Failure to respond within this time frame may result in you being excluded from the ITT.

You Must Complete the NDA and Pass the PQQ to Receive the ITT.
