Perth Stadium and Stadium Park - Beer and Cider Products Supply

⁠⁠⁠This Request for Proposal (Request) document contains information regarding the appointment of a Beer and Cider products supplier (Supplier) to supply Beer and Cider products (Products) to Perth Stadium and Stadium Park.

Perth Stadium (Stadium) which is currently under construction on the Burswood Peninsula will be Western Australia’s premier sporting facility, positioned in a sport and entertainment precinct (Stadium Park).

Perth Stadium will be a state-of-the art multipurpose 60,000 seat venue in its standard oval mode with the ability to expand to 64,600 seats in rectangular mode, and has provision to expand to over 70,000 seats if required in the future.

With construction expected to be completed by 30 September 2017, Perth Stadium is expected to commence operations in late January 2018 and by no later than the commencement of the 2018 AFL Season.  The West Australian Sports Centre Trust, trading as VenuesWest (VenuesWest) is the Statutory Authority responsible for managing, operating, maintaining and promoting the use of State sporting facilities, including Perth Stadium and Stadium Park.

In June 2016, VenuesLive Management Services (WA) Pty Ltd (VenuesLive) was appointed as the Operator of Perth Stadium and Stadium Park as agent for and on behalf of VenuesWest, pursuant to the Operator Agreement. VenuesLive is responsible for delivering a range of Pre-Operational and Operational Services to not only prepare and commission Perth Stadium and Stadium Park for opening in 2018, but to manage and operate the venue day to day following opening.  It is noted that while VenuesLive will operate Perth Stadium and Stadium Park, facility maintenance services will be undertaken by Project Co pursuant to a 25-year Project Agreement with VenuesWest.
