Tender Description
Commencing work early Q2 2018, TVI plug and abandon program onshore Western Australia comprising 11 (eleven) onshore production wells, 3 (three) onshore water disposal wells and 1 (one) previously abandoned onshore exploration well requiring re-entry and abandonment.
The expected plugging and abandonment program duration is 257 days, excluding mobilization to and demobilization from the field and any delays for weather.
Indicative rig specifications requirements include, but are not limited to:
* Self-propelled type (carrier or trailer mounted) preferred.
* Capable of hook loads up to 200 kips (excluding TDS and running gear).
* Top Drive System (TDS) capable of handling torque to +/- 12,000 ft/lbs (section milling may be required).
* Mud pump capacity of +/- 950 hhp (2 pumps min).
* Fluids system capacity of +/- 900 bbls.
* Tubular handling capability range from 2-7/8” to 9-5/8” OD.
* Able to comply with Chevron WellSafe requirements.
Potential Bidders must have:
* Organisational Capability in Oil & Gas drilling, workover and engineering.
* Robust HES Management Systems and documented excellent performance.
* In country experience and evidence of reliable work performance.
* General availability of a suitable rig for early Q2 2018 commencement of operations.
