Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified construction companies for the construction of the Bayfield Street Streetscape Redevelopment.
Through this project the Council aspires to improve the functionality, safety and appearance of Bayfield Street, Rosny Park through the improvements in traffic management, landscaping and public facilities. Works consists of road works, landscaping, stormwater and electrical works.
A pre-tender meeting is scheduled for 10:30am on Monday, 19 June 2017. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory.
Tender documents will be available from Tuesday, 13 June 2017 from the Council Offices at 38 Bligh Street, Rosny Park.
Tender responses are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Confidential” and with the description and Tender number (T1168/17) clearly marked on the envelope. Tenders will be received at the Council Offices, 38 Bligh Street, Rosny Park Tasmania 7018 until 4.00p.m. onWednesday, 5 July 2017.
Neither the lowest nor any Tender will necessarily be accepted. Late Tender responses or Tenders forwarded by facsimile or email will not be considered.
