Tender Description
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified proponents to enter into a 3 year lease/licence for the management and operation of the former Deep Sea Fishing Club facility.
This EOI is the first part of a 2 stage process. Following the close of the EOI, Council may proceed for the calling of a restricted RFT or commence direct negotiations at Councils discretion. Eligibility to participate in a future RFT will be restricted to the providers who comply with this EOI and are accepted by Council.
