The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for tender submisions for the Refurbishment of the Hospitality and STEM Facilities at Calamvale Community College located at 11 Hamish St, Calamvale QLD 4116.

Tender Submissions will be accepted from eligible PQC Level 2 Building contractors. Please email Peter Millatt at Honeywill Consulting (peter@honeywill.com.au) with your company QBCC Licence details and PQC Registration to request documentation.

A link with the Tender Documents will be emailed to Building Contractors that meet the tender requirements.

Tender Submissions close on Friday, 23rd June 2017 at 3:00pm at Honeywill Consulting via email.

A manditory site inspection will be held at the School on Tuesday, 13th of June 2017 at 15:00PM. Please meet at Administration.

Important: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
