Tender 15/2017 - Detail Design and Construction of Administration Centre at Scone Regional Livestock Selling Centre
Upper Hunter Shire Council (UHSC) is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced firm(s) to undertake the following works at the Scone Regional Livestock Selling Centre in accordance with the Tender Documents:
1) Design and construction of an administration centre including canteen, offices, disabled toilets, unisex shower, first aid room, cleaners room and IT server room with verandah on all sides.
2) Demolition and disposal of the existing canteen building and slab and removal of services. Rehabilitate existing canteen area by levelling site and laying turf. Note this includes the disposal of asbestos material.
