Gold Coast Primary Health Network is seeking responses for a Request for Proposals from Occupational Therapists to be on a panel of preferred providers.
* The providers will engage in provision of Occupational Therapy Functional Impact Assessments for people living with severe, persistent mental Illness and complex needs, within the Partners in Recovery (PIR) program on the Gold Coast.
* The Functional Impact Assessments will be for Gold Coast PIR participants who elect to apply to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
