Sale or Lease of All or Part of the Former Laidley Works Depot

⁠⁠⁠The Lockyer Valley Regional Council (Council) has identified that the former Laidley works depot site on Rosewood-Laidley Road, Laidley is no longer required for Council’s operational and strategic purposes and is largely dormant.

Council has therefore resolved to seek expressions of interest for the sale or lease of all or part of the Land (described below) comprising approximately 91,281m² to identify and consider the best solution for reconfiguration, disposal and use of the Land. Expressions of interest that will result in economic development in the local community and long term use by the private sector are encouraged.
