Tenders are invited for various seawall restoration works at Sawmillers Reserve, Milson Park, Primrose Park and Anderson Park for a combined total length of 530 m. Works will comprise toe, foundation and curtain grouting, including pointing of the seawall face. For the sealing of the toe of the seawalls, a sand bag bund wall, sheet piling or the use of scaffold tubing have been suggested. Final extent of works will be subject to the availability of funds and consumed grouting quantities.

Tender documentation may be accessed free of charge from Tuesday 30 May 2017 by registering on the e tendering portal. Tenders can be lodged either electronically via the same website or as hard copy in Council's Tender Box, Ground Floor, 200 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.

Tenders close at 4.00 pm sharp on Wednesday 28 June 2017.

Any enquiries are to be lodged via that same website on the On-line Forum up to 4.00 pm, Friday 23 June 2017, and the questions and answers will be subsequently posted on that Forum.

Additionally, a pre-tender meeting will be held in The Geddes Room Council Chambers, 200 Miller Street North Sydney New South Wales starting at 10am sharp on Tuesday 13 June 2017.
