Hauraki District Council are calling for tenders from reputable contractors for the building works at their PAEROA Office.

This works involved in this contract are:
Seismic upgrade works
Roof work improvements
New partitions
Internal and external painting

Further details and specifications are set out in the tender documents attached to this notice.

All works within this contract are to be in accordance with the Specification Documents, or as directed by the Engineer.

Tenders shall close at Hauraki District Council, 1 William Street, PAEROA, at 4:00 pm on Thursday 29 June 2017.

Tenders must be submitted in hard copy only; electronic submissions will not be accepted.
