Property & Facility Management Services

⁠⁠⁠THE CITY OF COCKBURN (The Principal) requires the services of a suitably qualified and experience WA licenced real estate agent to undertake the Property and Facility management Services as follows:

(a) Property & Facility Manager for the Cockburn Health & Community Facility which includes medical and allied health suites; office accommodation and supporting evidence such as a cafe.

(b) Property Manager (Leased Areas only) for the Cockburn Youth Centre and Cockburn Aquatic and Recreation Centre (Cockburn ARC)

The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract award, with a Principal instigated option to extend up to three (3) years; the Contract is expected to commence in July 2017.
