Tender Description
The City of Albany (City) manages Crown Reserve 42793 located at 55 Proudlove Parade, Albany, on which is situated the Albany Railway Station building (former).
The building is currently occupied by the City’s Visitor Centre and TransWA for a booking office, however it is anticipated that the City’s Visitor Centre will be vacating the building in March 2018.
The City is seeking a Request for Proposal (RFP) from parties interested in a lease of part or whole of the property, excluding the public toilets area.
