Tender Description
Council is seeking quotes from arborists and vegetation management specialists to remove non-native trees, shrubs and other selected vegetation within the King George V Avenue area and Paradise Tourist Park.
The purpose is to provide a 50 metre buffer around the residences at the start of the Avenue and tenants in the Paradise Caravan Park across the river.
Quotes must include:
* Felling of the vegetation (stumps and root balls to be left);
* Chemical control of felled vegetation; and
* Removal of waste (chipping or other approved disposal options).
Interested parties must contact Council's Manager of Regulatory Services on 6767-5705 to obtain a brief specification and to arrange an appointment to inspect the work location.
