Tender for Lighting and Sound Design and Services for Theatre and Events

⁠⁠⁠Description: Local Government Procurement Pty Ltd (LGP) on behalf of Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council invites suitably qualified companies to submit a tender for Lighting and Sound Design and Services for Theatre and Events.

Obtaining Documentation: RFT documents may be obtained by registering via the E Tendering Portal:. If you experience difficulties accessing the website please call the Tenderlink helpdesk on 1800 233 533. There is no fee to download the documents.

Tenderlink Registration: Please allow a half day for registration. Should the tenderer not receive notification they should contact LGP's Tender Team on tenderteam@lgp.org.au for appropriate registration.

Tender Briefing: A Tender briefing will be held on 30 May 2017 at The Q Queanbeyan Performing Arts Centre at 11.00am at 253 Crawford Street, Queanbeyan. Attendance at the tender briefing meeting is not mandatory however tenderers are encouraged to attend.

Tenderers are to register their attendance at the tender briefing meeting by contacting Robyn McKenzie via email rmckenzie@lgp.org.au no later than 26 May 2017.

Closing Date and Time: RFT closes at 10.00am on 14 June 2107.

Lodgement: Submissions should be lodged in the Electronic Tender Box on this website by the time and date nominated.

Canvassing of any LGP directors or employees, or Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council members or officers involved in the RFT, will disqualify tenderers from the RFT process.

Note: Members of the public are permitted to attend the Tender opening.
