Sale of Land - Intention to Sell Public Land at Evandale

⁠⁠⁠Intention to Sell Public Land at Evandale.

In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993 Council has agreed to advertise an intention to offer for sale part of the following property:
* Morven Park - A triangular allotment 7m wide at the eastern boundary x 30m on southern boundary and forming a point on the western boundary at the rear of Morven Park (currently fenced into the adjoining property at 4 Cambock Lane, Evandale).

A hard copy site plan for the property is available at the Council Offices at Longford, or the Evandale Community Centre.

Objections to the proposed sale may be made to the General Manager within 21 days from 22 May 2017. Unless an objection is received under Section 178A of the Local Government on the ground that the decision is not in the public interest, Council may dispose of this property allotment.

Closing Date: 5pm -19th June 2017.
