Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠T1051 - Rathmines Community Hall Asbestos Removal.

The key objective of this project is to complete demolition and removal of all internal linings containing asbestos at the Rathmines Community Hall 3 Stilling Street, Rathmines. This includes demolition of the existing floor, wall and ceiling linings; removal, cleaning, testing and storing of retainable heritage items, cleaning and testing of all services, establishment of a decontamination facility and mowing of lawn surrounding community hall.
