The submission of tenders via fax or email will not be accepted by agents, brokers or other intermediaries and should be on the underwriter letterhead.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
Canvassing of elected members or employees will lead to automatic disqualification.
Tenders close at 4pm on 1st June 2017.
