1. Tenders are invited for the provision of Information Technology, Telecommunications and Web Site Managed Services and Support.

2. DASC is seeking a ‘one stop shop’ supplier, therefore submission of a tender for only one of the components of the managed services and support requirement will result in a non-conforming tender.

3. In clarification of the above the following services are required:

a. Information Technology-Managed Services;
b. Telecommunications–Managed Services;
c. Web Site–Hosting, Management and Administration; and
d. Consumables–Software, Minor equipment and toner cartridges etc.
4. The successful tender and selected unsuccessful tenders will be considered to be ‘Preferred Suppliers’ and be appointed to the DASC Approved Contractor List.

Tenders addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and endorsed " T003/17 Registers" must be lodged at Council's Administration Centre, Sharpe Street Doomadgee QLD 4830 no later than 2.00 pm on Thursday 1st June 2017.
