Expression of Interest are now being called for the Provision of Services for Road Maintenance and Minor Capital Works for:
* The Metropolitan Region, Contract No. 0146/16 (Metropolitan Network Contract)
* The South West and Great Southern Regions, Contract No. 0147/16 (Southern Network Contract).

The Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 (Building Code 2016) applies to this project. The Building Code document is available at http://www.abcc.gov.au/building-code.

It is a requirement of this project that any persons contracted to undertake the building work be accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme under the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth) and specified in the Fair Work (Building Industry-Accreditation Scheme) Regulation 2016, at the time of the EOI closing for the building work and while the building work is being carried out.

Tenderers intending to submit a bid as a Joint Venture must review the provisions outlined by Section 26(1)(f) of the Fair Work (Building Industry - Accreditation Scheme) Regulation 2016 (located at http://www.fsc.gov.au).
