Expressions of Interest - Grazing Rights

⁠⁠⁠Richmond Valley Council invites expressions of interest for the following grazing rights.

Expressions of Interest close 2pm Wednesday 31 May.

Please note before any grazing activities can commence on some of the below paddocks works may be required on the existing fencing. Fencing repairs will be at the cost of the lessee and needs to be considered when quoting.

Canvassing of councillors will disqualify the applicant. The highest/lowest EOI will not necessarily be accepted.

All EOIs received must be on Council’s standard from and placed in a sealed envelope marked “Expression of Interest - Grazing No __” and delivered to Council’s Casino Administration Office and placed in the Tender Box. If sending in an EOI via email please send to council@richmondvalley.nsw.gov.au.

The period of the licence agreement for the below grazing paddocks for each successful EOI will be from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018, with a further two-year option.
