Tender Description
Port Stephens Council require the hire services of Plant and Equipment Contractors within the Local Government Area. The formation of this panel of specialist contractors will assist Council with the challenges it faces as a local government authority and in fulfilling its obligations to its community.
The Contractors are expected to supply with their tender submission, hourly dry and wet hire rates on a casual basis. The contract will be for a period of 36 months with an option for Council to extend for a further two option periods of 12 months.

Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced plant and equipment providers in the following categories:
* Excavators;
* Trucks;
* Rollers;
* Loaders and Pozi Tracks;
* Dozers;
* Sweepers;
* Graders;
* Profilers;
* Site Equipment;
* Cranes;
* Mowers.
In addition to tender price, evaluation criteria will include:
* Capability;
* Relevant experience;
* Referees.
