The City of Parramatta is seeking to increase its Ecologically Sustainable Development (ESD) advice for development related matters through the appointment of a panel of ESD experts.

Specific ESD services will be required for:
Precinct plans (e.g. structure plans, masterplans)
Planning proposals (approx. 10 per annum)
Major development applications (approx. 10-20 per annum)
Design competitions (expecting 8 design competitions for 2017)
Response to state significant development (approx. 5 per annum)
Specialised technical advice related to ESD and the built environment; and
Other advocacy and strategy work.
