Tender Description
Tenders are invited and will be received up to 2pm Tuesday 6 June 2017 for:
The permanent on-site hire of 4 designated plant items and the casual hire of other designated plant items on an as required basis for a period of up to 5 years. All plant will be dry hired and are to be maintained by the service provider and are to be used at the council's Summerhill Waste Management Centre.
Alternatively, the tender document is available on compact disc for a non-refundable fee of $35 GST inclusive from the Customer Enquiry Centre, Ground Floor City Administration Centre, 282 King Street, Newcastle, 2300 or by calling (02) 4974 2030.
Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
