Tender Description
The existing condenser water pipe work runs from the roof mounted cooling tower to the standby generator on the roof and to the chiller plant room on level 2. It is constructed in concrete lined steel pipe work.
The works will involve the installation of new copper condenser water pipework in a staged approach to minimise down time and the removal of sections of the existing concrete lined steel condenser water pipework. Please refer to Book 4 for the full scope.
