Expression of Interest - 5 Year Sub-Lease Butcher Paddock and Coridgee Reserve

⁠⁠⁠Boulia Shire Council are offering a 5 year sub lease over the following properties and are seeking expressions of interest:
* Butcher Paddock (3280 ha) T/R 17548075 and
* Coridgee Reserve (4420 ha) T/R 49018618

Your expression of interest should clearly state:
* Which property you are interested in leasing
* The annual lease payment amount tendered for the property
* Whether you are a Boulia Shire resident

* Stock limits will apply and are clearly explained in the lease document.
* Copy of NVD must be provided to Council and counting of cattle must be allowed by Council.
