Expression of Interest:
Located within the Local Government Area, Port Stephens Council has approximately 640km of Sealed Pavement as at 1st July 2015. In order to manage a network of this size, Council utilizes the SMEC Pavement Management System.

This system relies on road condition data to be collected and inputted into the system, whereby this information is used to model the networks deterioration over time, whilst also acting as a useful tool to generate optimized maintenance programs. In order to achieve this Council requires a condition network survey to be completed of Port Stephens Council Local Government Area road network spread over two surveys: primary and secondary.
