Southern Cross University is seeking to appoint a panel of Consultants for 2 years, specialising in the Higher Education Sector to assist with reviewing all matters in relation to the student enrolment-generation capability of the University.
The chosen consultants shall be qualified to provide research, recommendations, implementation and analysis, including but not limited to that which is outlined below.
The Consultant would be asked to conduct work in relation to:
* Reviewing, analysing and making recommendations on a range of market-facing activities and internal-facing roles, skills, business processes, structures, technology systems and processes that all go to the single focus of generating additional sales and enrolments for the University.
* These functions may include, but would not be limited to advertising, recruitment and sales, marketing, media and public relations, branding and communications, technology support (e.g. CRM, web), alumni & development to support the means for implementing a strategic and integrated marketing campaign to raise the overall profile and awareness of Southern Cross University and its program offerings and consequent uplift of student enrolments.
* Additional capability that the Consultant may provide that can generate additional and student-acquisition (sales) suitable for a higher education provider which the Consultant has provided work on previously and which is not specifically named in this EOI is welcome.
