Tender Description
Manly Vale Public School Redevelopment is set to increase capacity from 400 to 1,000 students.
The project once completed will deliver world-class, 21st century facilities and will enhance the school’s already strong focus on environmental education and connection with the bush land. Tenders for this project have been planned for the construction phase and assessment will be carried out over the next few months.
This project will be managed in several stages:
- Stage 1 - construction of the 40 classroom block, library, canteen, and the covered outdoor learning area. This is scheduled for completion at the commencement of the 2019 school year.
- Stage 2 - construction of the new hall and the refurbishment of the existing administration building.
- Stage 3 - demolition of existing hall.
