The Site is located in Moore Park, Sydney. The main pedestrian entry is via the Venue Services Office located on the western side of the site off Driver Avenue, whilst vehicular entry is available for approved persons via Moore Park Road. The Site comprises the Sydney Cricket Ground, Allianz Stadium and associated buildings and grounds.

Sydney Cricket Ground
The Sydney Cricket Ground comprises an oval playing field surrounded by the following stands:
a. Bill O'Reilly Stand;
b. Brewongle Stand;
c. Clive Churchill Stand;
d. Ladies Pavilion
e. Members Pavilion;
f. Noble Bradman Stand; and
g. Victor Trumper Stand.

4.2. Allianz Stadium
Allianz Stadium comprises a rectangular playing field surrounded by the following stands:
a. North Stand;
b. East Stand;
c. South Stand; and
d. West Stand.

4.3. Associated Buildings & Grounds
The associated buildings are:
a. Sheridan Building;
b. Roosters Building;
c. Waratahs Building;
d. Cricket NSW & VSO Building; and
e. Swans Building.
f. NSW Rugby Union.

A new building is currently under construction at the site which is due for completion in September 2017. The Fire and Emergency Services associated with this new building will be subject to a two year defects liability period. Whilst the maintenance of the Fire and Emergency Services for this building will not be included under the scope of this contract, following the conclusion of the defects liability period, the Trust may undertake a variation process to include this work into the contract.
