Tender Description
The proposed contract will be for an initial term of 3 years, plus 1 x 2 year option. The contract services will include but not be limited to, the following:- transition-in period, initial and subsequent regular inspections, rent collection and financial reporting, recovery and reconciliation of outgoings, new lettings, management of security bonds, appointment and management of contractors to undertake maintenance and capital works, compliance with Work Health & Safety legislation, compliance with Residential Tenancy Act and other relevant real estate agency legislation, Consumer Trade and Tenancy Tribunal matters and the provision of relevant market research.
