Tender Description
Tenders are hereby called for the control and treatment of pests at the Council properties listed in Annexure 2 for Termites, Spiders and when require rodents.
Buildings are to be treated inside and outside, including any nearby nests or infestations.
Treatment used must be environmentally friendly.
Treatment shall be carried out twice per year during the months of September and October, and January and February, and the work must be guaranteed for the 12 (twelve) month period.
Documentation to be provided to Pre-Schools, Day Care Centres and Community Centres advising completion of treatment.
Community Halls and Libraries are to have spider webs removed after treatment.
Tenders will be received up until 12 noon 4.00pm Wednesday 17 May 2017.
