Request for Proposal - Lease of Property: Albany Co-operative Society Building (former)

The City of Albany (City) manages property on Crown Reserve 42401 located at 44 Frederick Street, Albany, on which is situated the recently restored former Albany Co-operative Society building. The building is in a prominent position within the Albany CBD with extensive views over the Albany City Centre and Princess Royal Harbour. The building has served many uses through the years and is currently vacant.

The City is seeking a Request for Proposal (RFP) from parties interested in a lease of part or whole of the property.
