Request for Tender: Stage 1 Nutwood Crescent & Rosewood Avenue Drainage Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of drainage on Nutwood Crescent, Rosewood Avenue, Baobab Street, Sheoak Street, Hakea Street, Bauhinia Street and Leichhardt Street.

The Nutwood Crescent and Rosewood Avenue drainage Contract will consist of the mandatory activity area detailed in Part 6.3.4 Table 1. The Principal reserves the right, subject to the Principal’s budget, to include one or multiple activity areas detailed in Part 6.3.4 Tables 2 or 3.

The Works are as follows:
(a) Table1: Drainage Works on Nutwood Crescent between B08 to B16 and Rosewood Avenue C15 to C23 (Works under the Contract (WUC));
(b) Table 2: Drainage Works on Baobab Street between G01 to G03, Sheoak Street between pit C24 to C25 and Hakea Street between C11 to C12 (optional WUC inclusion); and
(c) Table 3: Drainage Works on Konkerberry Drive, Bauhinia and Leichhardt Streets between E00 to E04 (optional WUC inclusion).

Clarification of tender details must be in writing and sought via the Shire’s VendorPanel website, prior to 2:00pm, Thursday 4 May 2017.

Tenders must be submitted via the Shire’s VendorPanel website www.vendorpanel.com.au/swek.

The Deadline for submissions is 2:00pm (WST), Friday 12 May 2017.

Responses submitted by facsimile, email, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late tenders will not be accepted. The lowest, or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Any potential tenderer canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers will be disqualified from the tender process.
