A934098 - The Small Business Commissioner (the Commissioner) is seeking to establish a Panel of Mediators that from 1 July 2017 will be drawn upon to provide alternative dispute resolution services, mainly as mediation services, on an as required basis.
In line with the Commissioner’s statutory functions, the Commissioner maintains this Panel to provide mediation services between small business owners, landlords, franchisors, other businesses and local and state government bodies.
Accredited mediators that would seek to join the Commissioner’s Mediation Panel from 1 July 2017 are invited to complete the Mediator Qualification Questionnaire.
The Questionnaire must be completed in a form compatible with Microsoft Office or in PDF format and must be submitted electronically via Tenders SA by no later than 5.00 pm on 22 May 2017.
