The Shire of Ashburton is seeking submissions from suitably qualified, experienced and certified organisations for the decommissioning and disposal of the existing Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) containerised unit, with installation of a replacement Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), and 12 months operational maintenance and validation, as an indication to ongoing operational costs.
