Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠New 376 lineal metres of SM2.
New 93 lineal metres of M2.
New 13 lineal metres edge strip 200mm x 300mm.
Install 2 SEP's and surrounds (supplied by council). No inverts.

Provide and compact 75mm depth of suitable base material.

Contractor to submit SWMS for approval prior to commencement.

Names of crew including White Cards and Federation Council online induction status.

Previous experience with this type of work (two examples with contact details).

Details of your Work Health Safety and Environmental Compliance plans or systems.

Any other relevant details or conditions relating to the supply.

Any Warranties or Guarantees offered on the supply.

Location: Mulwala Industrial Estate - Stage 1 Defence Drive.

Works to be started in early to mid May weather permitting.
