Queensland Health is inviting offers for Cytotoxic Pharmaceuticals (including Monoclonal Antibody Preparations) in Patient Dose Strengths, Premixed, Compounded.
The scope of the Arrangement includes the preparation and delivery of cytotoxic pharmaceuticals to Hospital and Health Services across the State of Queensland.
* Components included - Cytotoxic Drugs, Delivery Devices and Compounding
For detailed information on the specific goods / services sought under this tender, please refer to the Request for Offer (RFO) and Pricing Schedule documents attached in "Specification Documents" section. Both RFO and Pricing Schedule documents must be fully completed to be considered for this offer.
All successful offeror/s will be requested to signup to a SOA Deed for the Provision of Goods and Services in the event of award under this Arrangement, hence it is also prudent that the SOA Deed attached be reviewed.
