Council wish to engage an experience and competent Consultant for the Design of the Goulburn Aquatic Centre Redevelopment (Stage 1) as outlined in this Request for Tender (RFT) document under a contract based on the Australian Standard General Conditions of Contract AS4122-2010.
Therefore, through this RFT Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the carrying out of The Brief.
