Tender Description
The Principal Tasman District Council is inviting tenders for Contract 1091 Mariri RRC Site Development.
The scope of the work is fully described in the attached tender document, and key items of work include:
Transfer Station Upgrade Works; renewing the tipping pit floor and walls, civil works for a new compactor/bin weighing system (supplied by others) and bin loading area, including drainage.
Site Development Works; upgrading the on-site wastewater and dirty stormwater disposal systems with a new septic tank and soakage fields, improvements to access roads in nominated areas, and temporary tipping pit.
Note: There are some items of the scope that are identified as provisional items and these may be deleted from the Contract at the Principal's sole discretion in order to meet budgetary requirements.
