Kaiteriteri Water Treatment Plant

⁠⁠⁠The Principal, Tasman District Council, is inviting tenders for - Contract 950 Kaiteriteri Water Treatment Plant.

The scope of the work is fully described in the attached tender document, and key items of work are: Detailed design/selection and construction of particular components, including:

• New water treatment plant (WTP) building, including foundation and sub-surface, and obtaining building consent
• Building internal fit-out and layout of mechanical piping within new water treatment plant building.
• UV, lime and chlorine dosing treatment systems
• Electrical and control equipment, including power supply
• PLC and HMI software and SCADA interface
• Provision of Producer Statements and Electrical Certificate of Compliance
• Construction of a raised vehicle access area
• Construction of concrete slabs and walkways in the vicinity of the building
• Construction of buried site pipework
• Site works (roading, lighting, drainage, fencing, etc.)
• Upgrades to existing Bore #1
• Construction of headworks to Bore #2 with connection to site piping
• Construction of an infiltration area
• Compliance with consents and permits
• Pre-commissioning checks of process components
• Testing and commissioning of all components and the overall process, including trial operation and reporting
• Training, as-built records and O&M Manuals
• Rectification of defects during Defects Notification Period.
