Council as Reserve Trust Manager is offering a ten (10) year licence of the tennis court complex located with Crown Reserve D500116 Quarry Road, Dural. It is intended that the successful tenderer will enter into an appropriate licence agreement with Council to operate the tennis court complex as a suitable commercial/public facility.

Council is seeking tenders from parties willing to operate the tennis court complex located at Dural Park, Quarry Road, Dural, for a term of ten (10) years.

It is envisaged that the successful tenderer will be responsible for the management and operation of a tennis court facility for public and private use. In return for the granting of a ten (10) year licence, it is expected that the successful tenderer will be responsible for the day to day management/operation of the complex and bear all costs in the day to day maintenance and repairs.
