The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for Early Years Services located at Capalaba State College, School Road, Capalaba QLD 4157.

The works comprise the renovation of two existing single storey school buildings (including asbestos removal), landscaping, external works and car parking.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2.

Tender documentation will be released by Ridgemill Pty Ltd. Level 1, 16 Marie Street, Milton QLD 4064 to eligible contractors as per the PQC list provided by DET. Contractors interested in tendering are to send a request email including their PQC certificate to Ridgemill@ridgemill.com.au.

Submissions close on Tuesday, 28th March 2017 at 2pm at Ridgemill Pty Ltd. Level 1, 16 Marie Street, Milton QLD 4064.

Site Visit: To be held at the school on Tuesday 2nd May 2017 as per tender documents.
