Tender Description
The objective of the Development Management services is to assist the further development and renewal of the Honeysuckle Project area, with a focus on both the Cottage Creek precinct, and the interface with the Revitalising Newcastle project.
The services required as part of this engagement are described below:
* Travel to and attendance at all meetings required for any services or work directed by HDC;
* Direct engagement with planning authorities, utility and infrastructure providers and community stakeholders as required;
* Scope, tender and manage third party consultants assisting capitals works, site disposal and masterplanning activities;
* Manage the site disposal process including preparation of call documents, coordination of the evaluation process and preparation of recommendations;
* Financial modelling and budgeting;
* Scheduling to ensure timely delivery of internal and external inputs;
* Prepare internal briefings, reports and approvals;
* Provide resources to capital works, planning, infrastructure and/or other activities as required; and
* Work as part of the HDC team which may require management of internal HDC staff.
