Tender Description
Western Sydney University (The University) is seeking proposal from vendors to manage The University's Citrix environment (the environment) as a managed service partner.
As part of management of the environment, the vendors are expected to provide proactive monitoring, reactive support to incidents, responding to standard requests and annual planned maintenance of the environment. This would form ongoing maintenance and operational support of the environment.
