Tender Description
Tenders are invited by Powerlink Queensland for the provision of equipment and services to provide managed 100G communication links over Powerlink's DWDM Network.
The tender is in two parts. Tenders must be submitted for both parts.
Part A - The scope of works for Part A includes the supply of equipment (including spares) for the initial network rollout, proof of concept, training and commissioning/testing. Powerlink resources will complete the installation activities.
Part B - The scope of works for Part B includes the manufacture, testing at works, delivery (DDP), and the making good of defects during the Defects Liability Period of DWDM equipment including software, licensing, training and support as set out in the Technical Specification. Contract Part B shall be a Period Contract. From time to time within a period of three (3) years after the Date of Acceptance of Tender, the Purchaser may order and the successful Tenderer shall undertake to supply the goods at the Contract Unit Rates. There shall be options to extend the Contract for a further two (2) periods of two (2) years each.
