PDG-41178-2 & PDG-40579-2 Revetment Wall Remediation Stabilisation Works - Cleveland (Raby Bay)
Redland City Council is seeking proposals from main/head Contractors for the Design and Construction of revetment wall remedial works at the following two (2) locations at Cleveland (Raby Bay), Redland City
* PDG-41178-2 Marram Court/Piermont Place (Separable portion 1)
* PDG-40579-2 Seacrest Court (Separable portion 2)
Scope includes but is not limited to:
* Provision of Concept, Preliminary detailed design with final RPEQ certified 'For construction' drawings and documentation (SP1 and SP2);
* Construction of all works in accordance with final RPEQ certified drawings and documentation (after Council approval);
* Management plans for specified laydown area, SP1 and SP2; and
* Final RPEQ certified 'As constructed' drawings and associated documents.
