Expression of Interest - 21 Beach Street

⁠⁠⁠We’re seeking proposals from a diverse range of organisations or individuals for the lease of 21 Beach Street, Fremantle. The property is located at a beautiful spot on the river just outside the city centre and is available ‘as is’.

Strong consideration will be given to proposals that are both financially sound and show a focus on integrating with the greater community.

Property viewings will be arranged for applicants wishing to view the interior of the property. The first viewing will be at 3.00 pm on Wednesday 12 April. Additional viewings will be booked as required.

The property lease is expected to begin around July/August 2017. Proposals close Monday 15 May 2017.
