Tender Description
The Citytrain Response Unit (CRU) requires the services of a Management Consulting firm to support the whole-of-business review of Queensland Rail, as recommended by the Strachan Inquiry Report Recommendation 36(d).
CRU is an independent body which administratively adheres to the Department of Transport and Main Road's policies and procedures, including procurement policies and procedures. Whilst the Department of Transport and Main Roads is listed as the Eligible Customer, the CRU is responsible for the outcomes of the review and will be managing the contract with the Successful Offeror.
