Proposal to Dispose of Property by Lease

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Northam intends to lease out the following aged persons two bedroom unit:
Unit 5, Kuringal Village, Lot 410 Kuringal Road, Wundowie for $232 per fortnight with $484 bond.

Selection Criteria
1. You must be on the Housing Authority or Shire waiting list;
2. Be an Australian Citizen and not own or part own property or land;
3. Not have cash assets in excess of $38,400 (singles) or $63,800 (couples);
4. Be the recipient of an aged pension.
